Preconceived ....

Preconceived prejudice is manifested usually in the form of an attitude "discriminatory" against people, places or traditions considered different or "weird."Preconceived prejudice is manifested usually in the form of an attitude "discriminatory" against people, places or traditions considered different or "weird."
Characteristics common to observe groups are considered biased when they enter the field of aggression or discrimination, if not to notice the social, cultural or even physical alone does not account for bias, they may be showing only customs, modes of certain groups or even the appearance of people from certain regions simply as an illustration or educational.

Slave Labor

When it comes to slave labor, there is a direct affront to the principles and individual guarantees provided both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution. This sad reality has been repeated day after day ...Slave labor, exists in all economies in the world, in all regions and presenting the most diverse forms.
Forced labor is characterized when the employer, using the threat keeps employees on their property, products and sells them for high prices.
Employees, in view of the high prices charged on the food, shelter and clothing, can never pay off their debts, being prevented from leaving the property. The working hours are high and environmental conditions are precarious work.
Other irregularities usually made by employers is the retention of the Employment - CTPS and discount monthly salary amounts to union workers is not associated or have not authorized the discount.
To curb the illegal use of hand labor analogous to slavery, in 2004 the government set a record figure which employers caught doing the exploration. When inserted in this register, the offender is unable to obtain loans in banks and government officials also joins the list of companies belonging to the "production chain of slave labor in Brazil."

The Statue of Liberty

Veja alguns exemplos:

  •  He said that he wouldn’t come to the party. (Ele disse que não viria à festa.)

  •  She thought that you were married. (Ela achava que você era casado.)

  • I realized that he was innocent.

Family

Abraham is Lisa’s grandfather. (Abraham é o avô da Lisa).

Ling is Maggie’s cousin. (Ling é a prima da Maggie).

Bart is Patty’s nephew. (Bart é sobrinho da Patty).

Bart, Lisa and Maggie are siblings.

~ Valentine's Day !

Valentine's Day is a special date.

His appearance was in honor of the gods Juno and Lupercus, known as the protectors of the couples. On February 15, made a party to, thanking the fertility of the land, the boys put on pieces of paper, names of girls to be drawn. The role would be withdrawn the name of his wife.

Like many couples in love were prevented by their families to marry, a priest named Valentinus began performing marriages in secret, when the couples had fled, to get them out without the blessings of God.

Thus, on February 14 has been considered the day of San Valentin (Valentine's Day) in honor of the priest, having been celebrated in America and Europe as Valentine's Day.

The release date in Brazil was made by businessman John Doria, who had come from abroad. Representatives of trade found a great idea to heat up sales and chose June 12 for Valentine's Day in our country. The date was chosen on the eve of the day of St. Anthony, the saint.

People in love tend to give their boyfriends or spouses in order to show all the love they feel.

On that date, the couples go out to exchange gifts and celebrate with a romantic dinner, the passion they feel for each other, affection and love as a way to acknowledge the dedication and camaraderie between them.

But there are several ways to celebrate Valentine's Day. Send flowers, baskets of breakfast, a basket of happy hour to savor together messages by phone, serenades, taking a short trip, spend a day in a house of relaxation (SPA), among others.

The important thing is to use creativity and romance!

                 Happy Valentine's Day *-*

Na interrogativa, o CAN fica antes do sujeito principal:

Bullying ..

Bullying does not just happen face-to-face. Students and young adults may also struggle with hurtful or embarrassing messages via text or online.
Bullying is a widespread and serious problem that can happen anywhere. It is not a phase children have to go through, it is not "just messing around". Bullying can cause serious and lasting harm.

Types of Bullying

Bullying can take many forms. Examples include:
Verbal: name-calling, teasing
Social:spreading rumors, leaving people out on purpose, breaking up friendships
Physical: hitting, punching, shoving
Cyberbullying: using the Internet, mobile phones or other digital technologies to harm others.

Everyone can help prevent and stop bullying. Adults have the responsibility to protect and be a role model for kids, teens, and young adults.

No matter who you are or who you represent, you can influence lives and maybe even save a life.

Everyone needs to be aware not only about the warning signs and effects of bullying, but also about the ways to intervene and support both the person being bullied and the one bullying others.

My Childhood Memories !

I remember when I was 5,6 years old my brothers and I jumped up the wall to go in the yard next door at that time there wasn't home there ... There was just bushes and my sister said that there had coconuts , and we ran to catch... When we arrived home my mother said it was poison those coconuts... not to go back there... But every day , especially in the morning we were going there... But when I was about 10 years I built a  house on the land and never found other coconuts ...
